• When you first contact us, we will discuss what you're looking to create and the elements that are most important to you. 
• We will then develop a proposal based on your interests which will contain information regarding the requested video, a general breakdown of the scope of work, and an initial quote of production services. 
• Please keep in mind, once you've received the proposal, you will have the opportunity to discuss any issues, concerns or questions you may have prior to the start of production.

• The script writing process is where we develop a written guide for how your visual story will come to life.
• By meeting with you and discussing all relevant information, the script will be the road map with which we will use to bring your final story together.
• This part of the process may take place either before we start the actual production shoot, or after depending on what is agreed upon by both JR Video Productions and the client.

The process of pre-production mostly involves the planning and coordinating of putting your visual story together which would include:

• Schedules - This helps us determine how many hours and/or days will be needed to shoot your production. How many interviews will be needed and who are the participating subjects, along with their interview times (Sometimes the interviews will occur randomly or on the spot dependent upon the production). Finally, which location(s) will we be shooting and how many will there be.
• Talent or Interviewees - Determining who the subjects or talent will be for your production. This person or persons will be the driving force helping to tell your story.
• Voice Over Talent (VO) - VO or Voice Over talent will be the voice narrating your story as it moves along. Please keep in mind that not all productions will require the need for a VO talent. That decision will be determined and agreed upon by both JR Video Productions and the client.
• Permissions - This is ensuring that our crew will have full access and clearances to all locations and elements necessary during the production shoot and production overall. This would also include all signed permissions from any and all participants either prior or during the production process.
• Production Expenses - This would include any meals, travel and lodging as well as any additional crew and/or equipment if needed.

This is the process of actually shooting your production. This would include: 

• Production Crew - 2 production crew members (depending upon the size of the production, more might be added).
• Equipment - Our cameras, audio and lighting equipment on set at the location(s) agreed upon by both JR Video Productions and the client.
• Talent or interviewees - The participant(s) who will be in the production discussing your story and guiding it along.

If additional crew members are needed, that will be discussed with the client prior to hiring them on or during the pre-production process.

Once all of the shooting is complete, this is the process of reviewing all the raw footage and cutting your final story together onto a visual timeline as well as adding music and graphics. Depending upon the size of the production will determine how long this process may take. Upon completion of the edit:

• Review Copy - Once the edit of your story is complete, the client will be given a digital link to access their copy for review and critiques. 
• Changes Or Corrections - If there are any changes or corrections required, the client will be allowed no more than 2 re-edits before JR Video Productions provides the finalized copy.

Anything more than the 2 re-edits allowed will be subject to an additional fee in order for completion.
